I phoned to order a new hose for my CPAP machine and received excellent service. The hose was on sale with no shipping cost and there was a promotion on that gave me a second hose at no cost plus a container of wipes. Everything just cost me $18.30. Bought a Lumin UVC device through their amazon store front. Product worked great until the bulb burned out prematurely. They were excellent to work with and got me a replacement bulb within the week.
