The hose was on sale with no shipping cost and there was a promotion on that gave me a second hose at no cost plus a container of wipes. Everything just cost me $18.30. I received everything in the mail three mailing days later. I was very surprised and pleased to get it so fast. I will most definitely contact you when I need parts again.

Today I ordered my first CPAP machine and have been blown away by the service. By the time I placed the order their shipments had gone out for the day. Viberly took my order and said I had just missed the pick up by Canada Post for today so my order was to be shipped out on Monday. I have to say I was a little disappointed as was hoping to ge started on therapy as soon as possible but was satisfied with the excellent help I received. When I just now checked my emails I see that sure enough they went above and beyond and shipped ny parcel today. Now that is service. I will for sure be recommending them big time. Thank you
