My initial purchase of a Z1 CPAP in January 2016 was very satisfactory staff interaction -fast, efficient delivery, and great product. This fall I received an error message on the machine and phoned for assistance. Dominique immediately asked me to return the Z1 for examination, and promptly informed me that I would get a Warranty replacement from the manufacturer. Forgotten CPAP electrical cord
I realized when I was unpacking my CPAP machine at the airport hotel that I had not packed the electrical cord for my CPAP. I phoned your company and got in touch with Alex who undertook to locate the necessary cord and then arrange for a Uber driver to deliver it to the hotel. It was a necessary expense since we are flying out for a month tomorrow morning early. Thanks once again to Alex who went out of his way to make all this happen. Peter
