
Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.

Hosna - Fantastic Service
I was in a bit of a jam today and Hosna at the 1110 Sheppard Ave. East location was fantastic in accommodating my timeline and helping me out. Knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. Definitely 5 Stars.
