These DreamWisp Mask Frame Connectors are for when people need to replace theirs, or for those who need to either lessen or shorten the mask frame (see the diagram below). These are the small piece that slot into the top of the frame faceplate and where the hose connects to.
One Connector is supplied in either small, medium or large, and please note these will only fit the Philips Respironics' DreamWisp Mask and will not fit any other mask.

Forgotten CPAP electrical cord
I realized when I was unpacking my CPAP machine at the airport hotel that I had not packed the electrical cord for my CPAP. I phoned your company and got in touch with Alex who undertook to locate the necessary cord and then arrange for a Uber driver to deliver it to the hotel. It was a necessary expense since we are flying out for a month tomorrow morning early. Thanks once again to Alex who went out of his way to make all this happen. Peter
