I placed an order yesterday for some replacement gels for my mom s mask and...they arrived today, free shipping included. All the other places I phoned and even placed an order with never even bothered to reply. I guess they see it as a bother, unless you order big ticket items. You have found a new customer. Hien Tran; Superb Customer Service

On November 13, 2025 I booked an appointment with Hien Tran to purchase a new ResMed CPAP machine. I previously met Hien in April, I had a Fisher & Paykel Machine which no longer worked. Instead of selling me a new machine, Hien painstakingly refurbished the F&P machine . Because of its age I decided to purchase a new machine. Again Hien patiently explained the options and configured a new ResMed machine for my use. He also helped set up the ResMed APP on my iPhone. The next day, he followed up with an e-mail to see if I was satisfied with the product settings. l suggested a minor modification which he incorporated remotely.
