I live on Vancouver Island. I called first and discussed what I was looking for in a machine. The person I talked with provided me with a price that was over $1000 less than my local dealer. I was asked to submit my prescription by email. After it was approved and within 2 hours I was provided with a link to order. After ordering I received a confirmation and follow up email when the machine was ready to send. The pressure and ramp was preset and a few extra filters thrown in. Altogether in less than a 24 hours my order was made, processed and the CPAP machine sent to me. Five days later my CPAP arrived. Great communication. Very quick, friendly and efficient service. Will definitely recommend and have them assist me with future purchases.

Cela fait 4 commandes que j ai effectuées avec CPAP Clinic et je suis très satisfait des résultats. Les produits sont tous de qualité d origine et il n est jamais survenu d erreur. Les prix sont bons, de même que la livraison est rapide. La seule raison pour laquelle j ai mis 4 étoiles au lieu de 5 est qu à chaque commande que j ai faite, j ai été obligé de téléphoner pour vérifier que ma commande en ligne était bien traitée. Mais je peux dire que le service à la clientèle au téléphone est rapide, sans délaie d attente, clair et sympathique. Juste peut être une amélioration du côté des commandes en ligne pour faire en sorte que le suivi de la procédure se fasse sans que l on soit obligé de téléphoner. New Equipment

I previously dealt with Medigas in Barrie until all the staff were replaced. When I went in for my eligible equipment replacement . If I can’t say nothing good about them I won’t say anything other than I’ll never go there or spend .05 there again. I found the CPAP Clinic up on Bell Farm Rd. I was warmly met and greeted by Natasha who started my file and took my info for June. June was the most efficient CPAP technician I’ve ever met, she was not intimidated by my Healthcare Providers and knew how to process my necessary requirements expertly. Well done by CPAP Clinic Barrie, I am very grateful for the attention given to me and expertise in handling my file. Thank You very much.
