Combining enhanced digital health technology with effective therapy modes, AirSenseâ„¢ 11 APAP and CPAP machines are designed to make starting sleep apnea therapy, and adhering to it, easier and more convenient than ever before.

 

  • Personal Therapy Assistant, which provides interactive step-by-step tutorials via the myAir app for patients to set up their device and acclimate to therapy pressure.

  •  Care Check-In, which gives patients tailored guidance through key milestones in their treatment journey, based on patients’ responses to simple questions like “How is your therapy” and “How sleepy did you feel this week?” It’s available in the myAir app and on the device screen itself. With the patient’s consent, healthcare providers can also see their patients’ responses in AirView, providing another fast, virtual way to monitor patients.

  • A sleek design, touch screen, and intuitive menu mimic a smartphone, making it easy to use, designed to support increased adherence to therapy.

  • ResMed’s proprietary therapy algorithms for AutoSet or APAP (auto-adjusting PAP) that delivers breath-by-breath therapy adjustments. This includes the AutoSet for Her mode, a setting tailored to treat the female-specific characteristics of mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea, and CPAP (continuous PAP).

  • The ability to make over-the-air upgrades directly to a user’s device – just like you would get on a smartphone.

I want to acknowledge the excellent Customer Service that I have received from Juli at the Vaughan location. I first was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea a few years ago and I was in denial for almost 1 year, then finally decided to get a machine and went to a different place close to Yonge and Steeles and I had the worst experience ever. I am very thankful to Juli s professionalism in customer service, the quality of the Resmed product that we chose, her guidance and patience for us to get the most comfortable mask I could have ever hoped for (Dreamworks) after her helping me to try several others. The quality of sleep that I have now has most probably saved my life. I am getting the right care for my body, the right oxygen I need and definitely peace of mind. I decided to buy the cleaning machine, which has worked wonderfully, also giving me the confidence that my mask and machine are very well taken care of. I recently purchased a mask replacement, called her, and as always, her customer support was excellent and got the products shipped to my home right away. i tell this story often to people who ask about my Res med 10.....and the 9 i had before.....I say like anything else its a process to understand the lifestryle change of choosing you future health or just keep suffering.,....Its about the support you can get from someone....I must have talked to Alex 3 or 4 times over a month when he coached me up and i stayed in touch for 10 years....i have bought two such machines.....I got a call from someone who i offered my phone number and said ....you need one but you also will need support....And the Cpap clinic provided me the support until i knew that my Res med 9 and 10 were my best friend.....for 10 years or more i have breathed easier ...my nasal polyps are gone....they went when i used the heated hose.....i actually sleep 7 or 8 hours not two or 3.....Alex i am indebted too you Sir.....
