I bought a Z1 machine from CPAP Clinic for travel and my business travel. This is a fantastic medical device, a lightweight device and does not take place in luggage compared to other CPAP. I save around $200 compared to purchasing it from suppliers in the province of Québec for the same service and after sale service. Before buying this machine, I exchanged emails with CPAP Clinic and they responded quickly to all my questions. As I was in Mississauga for business matters, they put a machine on hold for a couple of days before my travel for a pick up in store. Otherwise, they were ready to ship it to me at home. Excellent Service

My initial purchase of a Z1 CPAP in January 2016 was very satisfactory staff interaction -fast, efficient delivery, and great product. This fall I received an error message on the machine and phoned for assistance. Dominique immediately asked me to return the Z1 for examination, and promptly informed me that I would get a Warranty replacement from the manufacturer. He was very professional and helpful, kept me informed, and now I have received a brand new unit. Just excellent service and personal assistance.

Best CPAP Vendor Bar None

My ICON Premo died out of warranty but before I was eligible again for ADP funding. Rather than purchasing a new APAP unit at full cost, Robert at the Vaughan location directed me to a program for Fisher and Paykel machines that break after the warrenty is up. This saved me hundreds of dollars and my insurance will cover the costs. Robert took his time to go over the machine and its features and made sure I was comfortable with it, despite the fact that it was a busy morning for him. Hands down, this was the best experience I ve had with any CPAP vendor ever. Don t deal with anyone else because they can t compare to the expertise and great customer care that CPAP Clinic provides.
