I placed an order yesterday for some replacement gels for my mom s mask and...they arrived today, free shipping included. All the other places I phoned and even placed an order with never even bothered to reply. I guess they see it as a bother, unless you order big ticket items. You have found a new customer. Forgotten CPAP electrical cord

I realized when I was unpacking my CPAP machine at the airport hotel that I had not packed the electrical cord for my CPAP. I phoned your company and got in touch with Alex who undertook to locate the necessary cord and then arrange for a Uber driver to deliver it to the hotel. It was a necessary expense since we are flying out for a month tomorrow morning early. Thanks once again to Alex who went out of his way to make all this happen. Peter
