I was happy to be able to buy just the cushion for the mask, although I did feel it was very expensive at $75. It seems to have increased to more than double in the past year. However, it was shipped promptly and received within three days and there were no shipping charges. I hope we will continue to be able to buy parts for the mask and hope they will not increase anymore in price. It is cheaper to buy a complete mask, but if you have a few masks on hand that only need one or two parts it does not make sense to throw them out.

Unbelievable service! We were a little apprehensive making such a large purchase online but due to this company having such a great rating with the BBB we decided to take a chance because the prices were the cheapest we could find anywhere, especially with their price match policy. We placed our order and had a couple items for which we requested a price match, which was honoured, no questions asked! Our order was placed at 3:00 pm, by 4:05 pm we received the Canada Post tracking information!!! Order was received 2 days later in perfect condition. One item did not fit properly so when we inquired as to how/if we could make an exchange we were advised That they would be sending the replacement size with a shipping label to return the item that had to be returned. Within 10 mins we received the tracking information!!!! My local Vancouver Island CPAP store wanted $2400 for an S10 RESMED including $400 extra for the humidifier tank that already comes with the machine. They also told me that I couldn t get extended medical insurance if I bought online. Wow , this is totally untrue. I found CPAP clinic through several references on a CPAP forum. Talked to the manager on the phone and got the same machine for $980, delivered to my home at no extra cost and my extended medical insurance paid for it. The service offered by CPAP Clinic is great. Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.

I tried the CPAP machine but it was very uncomfortable for me, I discontinued use and now seeking alternative to my sleep apnea. However, I must recommend the CPAP clinic, it is a company with great staff members top-down. I got a lot of encouragement and support on the use of my CPAP machine, I returned the trial machine late yet in the midst of all that, they were so nice and friendly, considered my plea to wave the charges which I deserved. They listen to the customers, the store is very clean and welcoming. I strongly recommend this clinic!

I was one of the 1st test subject for the cpap machines. My 1st sleep test at the clinic which back then was the royal victory hospital was a scary one for the assistant. I was a sleep for about 7 to 10 minutes when he woke me up and had me put a face mask on he said I scared him with my breathing stop 48 times a minute. Anyway slept for 8 hours that night and the wife couldn t believe my energy the next day when I got home.

The Consultant, Rob P., was knowledgeable, helpful, and made my experience above and beyond what I have previously had with other CPAP consultants. The appointment itself was an example of how all customer service interactions should go. Rob took the time to explain all of my options for the best machine for me, then went on to have me try on and experience the best mask for me. I looked for reviews and couldn t find any but CPAP clinic kept popping up; yet, it wasn t one of the clinics recommended by my doctor. I decided to believe the reviews and I m glad I did. I was looking to upgrade my machine after an updated visit with my sleep Doctor. Had narrowed my choices down to CPAP Clinic and one other and started with CPAP Clinic ... and am so glad I did. The visit to the local store was great - friendly service, good questions, a real sense that they wanted to understand my needs. I had a very good idea of which machine I wanted ant the technician (Gabriel) did a great job of explaining the features, how it compared to the machine I had been using, and items I was not aware of. The price for it was very good - same as the web price. It was a bit more expensive, but CPAP Clinic took care of the call to the Ontario GOVT for the ADP renewal and all of the paperwork - well worth the difference in price. They did price match for a spare mask I wanted to get as well. Gabriel explained the follow up they do, including the cleaning and machine check every six months. I am now a believer in this organization, and will also be sharing my experiences with my sleep doctor. Thanks Gabriel and the team at CPAP Clinic!

My ICON Premo died out of warranty but before I was eligible again for ADP funding. Rather than purchasing a new APAP unit at full cost, Robert at the Vaughan location directed me to a program for Fisher and Paykel machines that break after the warrenty is up. This saved me hundreds of dollars and my insurance will cover the costs. My wife and I have been dealing with CPAP Clinic for a few years. We have also had sleep doctors try to direct us to other clinics. Don t do it. If you need this kind of service this place is excellent. We will never go anywhere else. Value: CPAP machines are partially funded by OHIP and there are standard packages that you can get at any clinic right? WRONG. These people are honest and provide a complete package INCLUDING a modern mask. They will consult and fit you and ensure you have equipment that works for you. Some other clinics will have you spending hundreds extra on an appropriate mask, returning multiple times to their clinic and wasting precious sleep getting the right mask. There is no up-sell pressure on anything. They try to get you the best package day 1 and anything you do buy yourself in the future (like replacement masks and filters) is sold at a competitive price. Knowledge: They know all the gear and all of the products. They deal with enough people that they can tell you what real users think about anything as opposed to repeating company marketing. I was very satisfied with the prompt delivery of my mask as well as the product itself. I ve been using this same mask, the ResMed AirFit N20 Nasal mask and tubing from the same company, heated for added comfort. From the time that I ve been diagnosed with sleep apnea, about four years ago I believe, I have been getting my mask from this company. What I love about them was that they give you personalized service. On my first visit, to their Mississauga branch on Dixie Rd, the technician who s name is Bob I believe, made me feel very relaxed and understood that as I was coming in for a mask for the first time, I was probably sleep deprived, cranky, scared of what the mask would entail and as skittish as a horse ready to bolt if there were any harsh moves and responses. His approach made me feel that yes, these people are professionals. As a result, I calmed down, was able to choose a mask that on my first try, worked for me. I have not changed my mind since then. I think this is the best place to go or (during this lockdown) contact on the phone for a consultation. Thank you CPAP!

CPAP Clinic are the most honest people when it comes to selling CPAP machines. When I was looking for my first CPAP machine, all the other sellers were charging double the price upto $2000 on top of OHP cover. I tried four of them and all were trying to rip customers off taking advantage of your ignorance. Finally I got the best price at CPAP Clinic, Mehak, my CPAP representative is very knowledgeable and explained to me the pros and cons of all the options so that I can make the right decision. They charged me a nominal amount. Transparency and helping the customer is the policy of CPAP clinic. I am very much pleased to meet such people, especially those selling medical equipment.

Amazing is an understatement

I arrived in Halifax from Ontario only to discover the power cord for my Airmini was missing. My apnea is very severe meaning it is dangerous for me to miss a night let alone several. I checked every store in the area and many online stores. No luck. Either no stick or 5 day delivery. I called CPAPclinic.ca at 2pm my time. I had the cord in my hands 9am next day. Best Customer Service Ever

After finding out that my machine was recalled and I was to stop using my machine immediately, I was terrified to think I would have no therapy till the situation with Phillips was resolved. I contacted Juli at the CPAP Clinic and was advised to contact my insurance provider to authorize a replacement. When they said go ahead, Juli expedited a new machine the same day, and after only 2 business days, it arrived ( I live in Alberta). This is the first time I have dealt with CPAP clinic/Vaughan since I started using a machine a few years ago. My Phillips CPAP was recalled and I phoned all over Toronto and surrounding areas but could not buy a new one. The products are below any price I ve encountered and the very few local C-Pap stores/clinic I ve visited in my "C-Pap life", never have the mask I love - in fact I ve been told it s "discontinued", which is completely untrue as I have no problem ordering my mask and parts from the C-Pap Clinic. Along with competitive pricing, everything I ve ordered is shipped quickly and with no shipping fees! It s a win-win situation! The few times an item I ve ordered is "out of stock", it s only a few days before they get it in and will let me know. You received an email to let you know when your order is being shipped, so that you can keep an eye out for it to arrive. I love the fact that my supplies are sent by Canada Post, so that I don t have to be home the day a courier company decides to deliver it and just leaves it at the doorstep. My supplies come in my mailbox where they are safe. My C-Pap machine came via courier but I was informed by the excellent courier company upon it s arrival, so it wasn t left at the doorstep.
