Juli, an excellent person to deal with. I was looking to upgrade my old machine and various accessories. I stopped by the CPAP clinic in Vaughan, and told Juli what I was looking for. I was very impressed by her knowledge. She took the time to explain the difference between the various new machines on the market; she is passionate and cares about her client. She was extremely helpful. The purchase was very smooth and service after the purchase was even better. She replied to all my questions and concerns very fast. Great overview of how the CPAP machines work when I came in. They are determined to help find a solution with a mask and CPAP machine that works for you!! They actually read the CPAP data that s a wireless transmission in the unit and get back to you with how well you are doing at controlling your Sleep Apnea. Any questions they explain in an easy fashion to understand and put you at ease. Wish I had found these guys at the start!

I happened to travel to Toronto, forgetting my cpap machine up north I contacted Cpap Vaughan, spoke with Kiana,explained my predicament,I was told I would receive a call back very shortly. Within 5 mins,I received a call from Charisma. Kiana had given her my concerns, Charisma offered my a loner machine,for the week of my stay,before getting back to my machine up north!
