I bought a new nasal mask 3 weeks ago and recieved it within a week, but it was to big. I sent it back and recieved a new one within 1 week. Exceptional service and value

The customer service at CPAP Clinic is outstanding. I ordered the Z1 CPAP unit for a trip to Europe but I didn’t order the battery pack. When I contacted Air Canada to ‘register’ my CPAP device they informed I couldn’t use it without a battery pack. I called the CPAP Clinic for help, the found me a battery pack at a very fair price and shipped it overnight. Thank you CPAP Team!
