Excellent Customer Service

I have been a loyal client of cpap clinic,for a many years. The friendly,professional services provided by Alex and his team,has always been spot on. I happened to travel to Toronto, forgetting my cpap machine up north I contacted Cpap Vaughan, spoke with Kiana,explained my predicament,I was told I would receive a call back very shortly. Within 5 mins,I received a call from Charisma. Kiana had given her my concerns, Charisma offered my a loner machine,for the week of my stay,before getting back to my machine up north! Awesome Service! In today s day of poor,impersonal services across the business world,how refreshing to be treated with respectful genuine concern to help! Loyalty appreciated! As Always..... Excellent Service!

A huge thank you to Alex for his excellent customer service to me over the phone, helping me to select my new CPAP machine and mask. My new CPAP machine (AirSense 10 Autoset) works great (so very quiet!!). As always, I can always count on Alex for his patience, advice and excellent customer service! My CPAP machine and mask arrived quickly right to my door and the delivery person actually used the doorbell to hand the delivery right into my hands, instead of just leaving it on the porch. I have been a customer for many years - first from BC, Alberta and now Saskatchewan - and have always received excellent service! Thank you Alex!

Hosna - Fantastic Service

I was in a bit of a jam today and Hosna at the 1110 Sheppard Ave. East location was fantastic in accommodating my timeline and helping me out. Knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. Definitely 5 Stars.
