I did try to leave a comment with BBB but it was only USA survey; I tried to leave a comment with Yellow Pages - but could not find anywhere on their very busy page to do that. I placed an order yesterday for some replacement gels for my mom s mask and...they arrived today, free shipping included. All the other places I phoned and even placed an order with never even bothered to reply. I guess they see it as a bother, unless you order big ticket items. You have found a new customer. I purchased my machine from a different company and I wasn’t happy because they just sold me the machine and left me hanging. I called CPAP Clinic and Leo helped with my mask. She was helpful and very knowledgeable. I will continue to deal with them from now on.
