A huge thank you to Alex for his excellent customer service to me over the phone, helping me to select my new CPAP machine and mask. My new CPAP machine (AirSense 10 Autoset) works great (so very quiet!!). As always, I can always count on Alex for his patience, advice and excellent customer service! My CPAP machine and mask arrived quickly right to my door and the delivery person actually used the doorbell to hand the delivery right into my hands, instead of just leaving it on the porch. I have been a customer for many years - first from BC, Alberta and now Saskatchewan - and have always received excellent service! Thank you Alex!
