Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.

I bought a Z1 machine from CPAP Clinic for travel and my business travel. This is a fantastic medical device, a lightweight device and does not take place in luggage compared to other CPAP. I save around $200 compared to purchasing it from suppliers in the province of Québec for the same service and after sale service. Before buying this machine, I exchanged emails with CPAP Clinic and they responded quickly to all my questions. As I was in Mississauga for business matters, they put a machine on hold for a couple of days before my travel for a pick up in store. Otherwise, they were ready to ship it to me at home. J ai épargné environ 200 $ comparativement à avoir acheté cet appareil auprès de fournisseurs au Québec et ce, pour le même service et pour le service après vente. Avant d acheter cet appareil, j ai échangé des courriels avec CPAP Clinic et ils ont répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions. Comme j étais à Mississauga pour des raisons d affaires, ils ont mis une machine de côté pour quelques jours avant mon déplacement d affaires pour une livraison en magasin. Autrement, ils étaient prêts à me l expédié à la maison. Quand je suis arrivé au magasin, ils ont préparé l appareil pour moi. Ils m ont fourni un excellent service. Félicitations!

New Equipment

I previously dealt with Medigas in Barrie until all the staff were replaced. When I went in for my eligible equipment replacement . If I can’t say nothing good about them I won’t say anything other than I’ll never go there or spend .05 there again. I found the CPAP Clinic up on Bell Farm Rd. I was warmly met and greeted by Natasha who started my file and took my info for June. June was the most efficient CPAP technician I’ve ever met, she was not intimidated by my Healthcare Providers and knew how to process my necessary requirements expertly. Well done by CPAP Clinic Barrie, I am very grateful for the attention given to me and expertise in handling my file. Thank You very much.
