This dark gray Humidifier Water Chamber (Tank) Lid from Philips Respironics is designed exclusively for use with DreamStation 2 CPAP & BiPAP Machines. The lid should not need to be replaced unless your original lid has been damaged or lost.
USAGE: The Water Chamber (Tank) Lid must be in place at all times when the DreamStation 2 machine is in use.
CLEANING & CARE: This lid IS dishwasher safe. It should be cleaned by hand daily with warm water and a mild detergent; or in the dishwasher, on the top rack, once a week. Once clean it should be allowed to dry out completely, out of direct sunlight and/or heat, before reinstalling in your sleep therapy device. Replace as needed whenever the lid appears damaged or worn. For complete instructions review the documentation that came with your equipment.
Amazing Service
Unbelievable service! We were a little apprehensive making such a large purchase online but due to this company having such a great rating with the BBB we decided to take a chance because the prices were the cheapest we could find anywhere, especially with their price match policy. We placed our order and had a couple items for which we requested a price match, which was honoured, no questions asked! Our order was placed at 3:00 pm, by 4:05 pm we received the Canada Post tracking information!!! Order was received 2 days later in perfect condition. One item did not fit properly so when we inquired as to how/if we could make an exchange we were advised That they would be sending the replacement size with a shipping label to return the item that had to be returned. Within 10 mins we received the tracking information!!!! We have never seen service like his before and we will definately be referring others to this company and we will be regular customers without a doubt!!!!! Would not shop anywhere else!!!!

The customer service at CPAP Clinic is outstanding. I ordered the Z1 CPAP unit for a trip to Europe but I didn’t order the battery pack. When I contacted Air Canada to ‘register’ my CPAP device they informed I couldn’t use it without a battery pack. I called the CPAP Clinic for help, the found me a battery pack at a very fair price and shipped it overnight. Thank you CPAP Team!
