I wrote to CPAP Clinic & asked them if they had the soft wraps for sale separately from the head gear on a ResMed swift FX. They didn t at the time, but soon had them for sale on line. Great service.

Juli, an excellent person to deal with. I was looking to upgrade my old machine and various accessories. I stopped by the CPAP clinic in Vaughan, and told Juli what I was looking for. I was very impressed by her knowledge. She took the time to explain the difference between the various new machines on the market; she is passionate and cares about her client. She was extremely helpful. The purchase was very smooth and service after the purchase was even better. She replied to all my questions and concerns very fast. I went in to the Mississauga store to get a quote on a new machine, mask and hose. Daniel took care of me and with the Govt. assistance and my private insurance, I paid a fraction of what I thought it would. He helped me pick the proper machine as per what the doctor wanted me to use and they had it all in stock. I can’t say enough about the great service I received at this location. I don’t always write a lot of reviews, but I did this time because of the exceptional service I received.
