Alex visited me at my workplace to deliver and set up the machine rather than me having to go out all the way to Vaughn. The initial machine developed a fault and Alex quickly got another machine to me. I ve bought all my consumables from the CPAP Clinic over the phone and the service has been both easy and quick. excellent service and inventory

I received my first CPAP machine in April 2020. The provider didn t have inventory on the mask I requested. I understand the COVID pandemic played a factor and after two weeks of waiting and no contact regarding the mask on back-order, my daughter contacted you and had my mask in hand within 24 hours. She drove from my place in Vineland, ON to the store location in Mississauga, ON to pick up the mask she had reserved for me over the phone the day before. Thank you so much for helping me ease into the use of this machine.

Amazing is an understatement

I arrived in Halifax from Ontario only to discover the power cord for my Airmini was missing. My apnea is very severe meaning it is dangerous for me to miss a night let alone several. I checked every store in the area and many online stores. No luck. Either no stick or 5 day delivery. I called CPAPclinic.ca at 2pm my time. I had the cord in my hands 9am next day.
