The customer service at CPAP Clinic is outstanding. I ordered the Z1 CPAP unit for a trip to Europe but I didn’t order the battery pack. When I contacted Air Canada to ‘register’ my CPAP device they informed I couldn’t use it without a battery pack. I ordered my item and got it within 3 days but was missing one part so I used the online support and they gave me a number to call.Dominic was really helpful,he saw the mistake and told me would call me back after he checks his inventory.He called back within 10 mins to say that they have what I was missing and sent it right away.Got it two days after.Great service and prices.Will buy from them again.
