I had been looking for a CPAP machine for a couple of months. When I found this site I felt comfortable dealing with them right away due to their Better Business rating and the service I received when I called to ask a few questions. Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.

Deamstation 2 water resovoir problem
Got my beautiful new replacement machine only to find tiny hairline cracks around bottom of water reservoir, now leaks out! Called company and they will not replace it as it’s past 3 month warranty For this much money I’m very disappointed
