I live on Vancouver Island. I called first and discussed what I was looking for in a machine. The person I talked with provided me with a price that was over $1000 less than my local dealer. I was asked to submit my prescription by email. After it was approved and within 2 hours I was provided with a link to order. After ordering I received a confirmation and follow up email when the machine was ready to send. The pressure and ramp was preset and a few extra filters thrown in. Altogether in less than a 24 hours my order was made, processed and the CPAP machine sent to me. Five days later my CPAP arrived. Great communication. Very quick, friendly and efficient service. Will definitely recommend and have them assist me with future purchases.

Excellent customer service and products

I want to acknowledge the excellent Customer Service that I have received from Juli at the Vaughan location. I first was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea a few years ago and I was in denial for almost 1 year, then finally decided to get a machine and went to a different place close to Yonge and Steeles and I had the worst experience ever. Fortunately, I did not give up and searched in Google for other CPAP machine places, and one day, I was in Vaughan, and Google lead me to this CPAP location at Vaughan. Juli was very knowledgeable about the products, and about how one may feel when just getting started to use a CPAP for the first time. Her kind approach and patience really made the difference to get me started with my CPAP machine. That first night, I slept for the first time in many years, and woke up feeling energized, as if I had had a Power up sleep. I am very thankful to Juli s professionalism in customer service, the quality of the Resmed product that we chose, her guidance and patience for us to get the most comfortable mask I could have ever hoped for (Dreamworks) after her helping me to try several others. The quality of sleep that I have now has most probably saved my life. I am getting the right care for my body, the right oxygen I need and definitely peace of mind. I decided to buy the cleaning machine, which has worked wonderfully, also giving me the confidence that my mask and machine are very well taken care of. I recently purchased a mask replacement, called her, and as always, her customer support was excellent and got the products shipped to my home right away. Best Customer Service Ever

After finding out that my machine was recalled and I was to stop using my machine immediately, I was terrified to think I would have no therapy till the situation with Phillips was resolved. I contacted Juli at the CPAP Clinic and was advised to contact my insurance provider to authorize a replacement. When they said go ahead, Juli expedited a new machine the same day, and after only 2 business days, it arrived ( I live in Alberta). Such personal service is rare these days and that s why I have been a loyal customer for the past 12 years. Thank-You Juli !!! You and your entire team are amazing !!!!!
