I bought a new nasal mask 3 weeks ago and recieved it within a week, but it was to big. I sent it back and recieved a new one within 1 week. I was at the Barrie store today to get my first CPAP machine. The customer service I received from Robert and June was second to none. They educated me on the product, assisted me with everything I needed and a professional and pleasing manner. Very informative, personable and a pleasure to speak with. The store pricing and service puts another supplier in the Barrie area TO SHAME (CPAP Store by PROFMed) I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store and these PROFESSIONAL HEALTH CARE service members.
