Outstanding provider for both CPAP equipment and assistance
As a CPAP user for over 6 years, I was delighted to find CPAP Clinic about 4 years ago. After my experience with 2 other providers they are in a league of their own. Over the last period of 4 years I have bought online or just walked in and the service is always the same - helpful, knowledgeable, fast and reliable and, in comparison to other providers, extremely reasonable costs. I must thank Melissa, Julie, Bill and Alex who have each helped me at one time or another for their patience and assistance in improving my CPAP experience. I just bought my 2nd machine after 5 years - Airsense 10 - and I am amazed at the improvement the experience. I highly recommend the CPAP Clinic for anyone needing CPAP material or assistance.

We were looking for a special CPAP mask 10 years ago and we had trouble finding it. But we were fortunate to get in contact with Alex at his Vaughn office and he was able to supply it for us. Since then, we have been regular clients and have found Alex, Semona and Julie to be most helpful for all our CPCP needs. They are very prompt with their service and are always available by phone or in person to help us with our questions. They offer very fast and friendly service. Cela fait 4 commandes que j ai effectuées avec CPAP Clinic et je suis très satisfait des résultats. Les produits sont tous de qualité d origine et il n est jamais survenu d erreur. Les prix sont bons, de même que la livraison est rapide. La seule raison pour laquelle j ai mis 4 étoiles au lieu de 5 est qu à chaque commande que j ai faite, j ai été obligé de téléphoner pour vérifier que ma commande en ligne était bien traitée. Mais je peux dire que le service à la clientèle au téléphone est rapide, sans délaie d attente, clair et sympathique. Juste peut être une amélioration du côté des commandes en ligne pour faire en sorte que le suivi de la procédure se fasse sans que l on soit obligé de téléphoner.
