I live on Vancouver Island. I called first and discussed what I was looking for in a machine. The person I talked with provided me with a price that was over $1000 less than my local dealer. I was asked to submit my prescription by email. After it was approved and within 2 hours I was provided with a link to order. After ordering I received a confirmation and follow up email when the machine was ready to send. The pressure and ramp was preset and a few extra filters thrown in.
